Energy Management Strategy of Fuel-Cell Backup Power Supply Systems Based on Whale Optimization Fuzzy Control

A backup power supply system can provide electrical energy for load in harsh environment without grid, and plays a very important role natural disaster rescue military application. Compared with traditional sources, the proton-exchange membrane fuel cell has advantages of good low temperature start-up performance, noise, high efficiency density, no carbon emission, which gradually becomes main source system. This paper designs topology “dual lithium battery” researches management strategy based on fuzzy control (FC). Considering that it is difficult controller to obtain optimal membership function parameters according working conditions, this aims reduce hydrogen consumption system, uses whale optimization algorithm optimize controller, proposes an (WO-FC). The strategies are verified compared by simulations. results show optimized WO-FC changed greatly: obviously decreased optimization, overall also significantly improved. To be more precise, reduces 5.35% improves 1.56%.
